Archiving


This policy constitutes the African Research Journal of Education and Social Sciences archiving guidelines for preserving and maintaining the long-term accessibility of published works to ensure the ongoing availability and integrity of scholarly publications.

This policy has the following components:

Archiving Organization: The journal is archived in Internet Archives which is primarily designed for archiving publicly accessible web content. The Internet Archive is a non-profit digital library that aims to provide universal access to all knowledge. It offers a service called the “Wayback Machine,” which allows one to archive and access snapshots of web pages over time.

Access: The archived content is publicly available since the Internet Archive is designed for archiving publicly accessible web content. ARJESS follow open access policy.

Data Format: The archived content remains readable and usable across different platforms and technologies.

Rights and Permissions: Since Internet Archive archives publicly accessible web content, the archiving policy complies with the journal’s copyright and licensing agreements with authors.

Communication with Authors: Authors are informed about the steps taken to preserve their work and any implications for copyright or licensing.

Long-Term Commitment: The African Research Journal of Education and Social Sciences is committed to the long-term preservation of scholarly content and its dedication to ensuring the continued accessibility of articles.
